Passenger details such as full name, mobile number, email address, and GST Number (for business travel, optional) and visa type (including duration) to facilitate their travel and travel assistance bookings and facilitate a streamlined provision of our Services to you;
Your photograph, name, designation and company if you choose to publish your testimonial on our website; and
You may also share the details of any reseller you are onboarding, i.e., a reseller or authorised persons to act and use our Services on your behalf. These include their name, email address and phone number.

We may share Information with our Partners providing customer support to collate your queries received via different modes and ensure timely resolution.
We may share your Information with our payment processing Partners and to enable secure and convenient modes of payment processing.

In the event of account termination or closure, we may retain your data for a fixed period of seven (7) years or as mandated by applicable law.
You may request the deletion of your Google data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving your request, we will remove all associated Google data from your account within 30 days. Additionally, data from inactive accounts will be automatically deleted after a predetermined period.
